Windy - A caravan restoration project - part 2

So, the project continues with part 2.

A bit of a delay occurred when the caravan key was lost, but luckily the key number was previously written down, so a spare could be found at Stuart Longtons in Chorley. It cost less than £2 and works better than the original.
The back window sill and surrounding woodwork is quite rotten in places and needs to be cut back and new wood cut and put into place to make it sound again.
A quick trip to the diy shop and £30 later and the wood is ready to be installed. So far the project has cost only £50 over the original buying price, so the budget is on track.

We used a hairdryer to soften the black rubber strip to get it back in the track

All glued and clamped.

Next week we intend to have finished the back panels and can start on the front panels.
